The stainless steel shower holding plate is an easy upgrade to the Gaggia Classic and Classic Pro espresso machines. Designed to replace the stock aluminum plate, the stainless steel offers greater resistance to corrosion and considerable thermal mass to help maintain heat while brewing. At 203g, the stainless steel plate is more than twice as heavy as the aluminum and can be easily installed in place of the standard plate.
Please Note: As of 2021 the Gaggia Classic Pro comes stock with a stainless steel holding plate.
